Enquiry details are used only to reply to your enquiry and to arrange any casting or booking that follows from it. Email addresses given through Stay in touch are used only to send occasional updates about Leticia's work and availability, and you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
Your data is never sold, and it is not used for advertising or profiling.
Lawful basis
Enquiries are handled on the basis of legitimate interests, because you have contacted Leticia and would expect a reply. Updates are sent only on the basis of your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Who your data is shared with
Your data is shared only with the service providers that host this website and deliver messages from the contact form, and with Google, which provides reCAPTCHA. Where your enquiry leads to a booking, the relevant details may be shared with the agency handling that booking, only so that it can be arranged. Some of these providers may process data outside the United Kingdom, and where they do, appropriate safeguards are in place as required by UK data protection law.
How long your data is kept
Enquiries are kept for up to 12 months after the last contact and then deleted. Email addresses for updates are kept until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
You have the right to ask for a copy of the personal data held about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to how it is used, and to withdraw your consent to updates at any time. To make any of these requests, please send a message through the contact form on this website and it will be dealt with within one month.
